Michal Bula

is a Ph.D. student at the Department of Political Science and International Relations, the Faculty of Arts, the University of West Bohemia, where he also completed his previous studies. In his research he focuses mainly on US foreign and security policy or on the concepts of isolationism and interventionism in the foreign policy of states. Currently, he is analyzing the American foreign policy in Africa during the presidencies of G. W. Bush and B. H. Obama.
